Summary

A storage racking system serviced and maintained by SSI Schaefer collapsed at PepsiCo's Lebedyansky juice facility in Russia, releasing over 28 million liters of juice into the Don River; a Moscow court later found the collapse was caused by uneven loading and rack/crane beams unable to bear the load, and ordered SSI Schaefer to pay insurer Ingosstrakh $42.4 million.
