Analyst brief
The record consists of a single shutdown entry: the March 2026 suspension of autonomous delivery operations in Abu Dhabi, severity rated 2. The entry is operational rather than incident-driven — a halt in service, not a crash or injury — and press-reported rather than regulator-issued. With one row on file, the record shows an isolated operational event with no established pattern or trajectory.
