AIR
Robot types: eVTOL. Risk band: Elevated RobotRisk index 28.1/100 (severity- and time-weighted incidents) · ranked 16 of 26 among Drones / eVTOL companies with incidents (550 tracked).
Analyst brief
The record contains two entries spanning March 2024 to October 2025: an AIR ONE eVTOL prototype crash during a Florida test flight (severity 3) and an MQ-9 Reaper drone losing control-station contact and making an emergency landing in Poland (severity 2). The two entries span different program types, prototype eVTOL testing and a separate unmanned military aircraft incident, indicating the record aggregates distinct platforms rather than a single recurring failure mode. Both entries are press-reported operational incidents with no fatality or recall entries.
